Georgia Pediatric Program

GEORGIA PEDIATRIC PROGRAM - GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program)
is a Medicaid program that provides services to medically fragile children, under 21 years of age, in need of daily living assistance and skilled nursing care at NO COST to the family.
 
Safe at Home Private Care is a Georgia Pediatric Provider (GAPP) provider.

We at Safe at Home Private Care will handle the entire  GAPP Approval process to get you approved easily and stress free!

The 3 easy steps for GAPP Approval:

Step 1.)

We come out to your home to sign consent paperwork and to gather other required information

Step 2.)

Safe at Home Private Care submits all paperwork to GAPP (GAPP has up to 30 days to approve)

Step 3.)

Safe at Home Private Care will receive a decision from GAPP and contact you to schedule the Start of Care, or to discuss the appeal process

Our team's mission is to identify and put into action the appropriate support solutions, while taking it a step further to ensure that each member of the household feels comfortable and confident. Our skilled staff is able to care for an extensive list of qualifying conditions, including those with traumatic brain injuries, paraplegia, cerebral palsy, and more.
